Love Will Save The Day

Hey hi hello how r u,

It's good to be back again! I hope you're good, and that you've had a grand old few weeks.

This week's is a very brief letter, as work has been super busy, and I'm in the throes of getting everything sorted for the first Love Will Save The Day party next week. BUT I have a few interesting bits to share, and as always some great music too.

You may have guessed from the subtitle of this week's newsletter, that the music this week is a bit 'dollar bin' style, and there's a very specific reason for that. A few months back we moved house, and as I unpacked my records, I took the opportunity to have a decent sort out and order them properly (well, kind of properly, the purists would despair). Despite buying for nearly two decades now, I know most of what's in there, but what I didn't recognise, I put to the side. There was gold in that pile. So today's mixtape is made up of some of the records from the pile I put aside - the best ones. Classic house, acid jazz, broken, gospel house, early 00s gems - it's got the lot.

There's a few links in the TL;DR Section too (but it's kinda light as I've had my head stuck in books recently).

Anyway, I'm rambling, enjoy!

See you on the dancefloor,
Jed x
